All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium wardrobe essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition with all tags attached
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Include original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Underwear (including Underpants and Undershirts)
- Headgear (hats and other headwear)
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]
- Item details (name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Confirmation that items meet return conditions
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review within 1-2 business days and email return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package items with all original tags and packaging. Include the return authorization form and ship to:

Step 4: Processing
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and email confirmation when processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for replacement items.
Exchange Process
Indicate your preferred replacement items in your return request. We’ll ship new items once the return is approved (subject to availability).
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International returns may take longer to process
