Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned:

  • Underwear (including Underpants and Undershirts)
  • Headgear (hats and other headwear)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a return authorization with instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return with all original tags and packaging. Include the return authorization form in your package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement items in your return request. We’ll ship your new items once the return is approved, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • International returns may take longer to process
