Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both inches and centimeters. For tailored items like trousers and shirts, we recommend comparing your measurements to our charts. Our pieces are designed with a contemporary fit – neither too slim nor too relaxed.
Do you offer seasonal collections?

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my card be charged?
Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation. For PayPal payments, the amount will be reserved when you place your order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
As we process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), changes may not always be possible. Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number and requested changes – we’ll do our best to accommodate if your order hasn’t entered processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer effortless global delivery to most countries worldwide, excluding Asia and select remote areas. All orders are processed from our San Antonio headquarters at 2989 Todds Lane.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes comprehensive tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes basic tracking.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Why can’t you deliver to my country?
Due to complex customs regulations, we currently cannot ship to Asia or certain remote locations. We’re continually evaluating our delivery network and hope to expand our reach in the future.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders outside the UK, customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address. For quality issues, we may arrange prepaid return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order.
